- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and provided via the original method of payment (Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded in cash or replacement as applicable).
- Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days after approval.
